Development in a group

The individual way is the freest and the easiest to find but in the right sort of group the power can be concentrated and amplified. One helps each other forward by creating a joint channel for the contact with us. It is a demand though, that the activities in the group have a character that allow for and encourage, a quiet listening inwards, because it is there we can make our voices heard. A group of people that are aware of how to use the spiritual power can more rapidly reach results than a single individual. If one makes use of the opportunities for being together spiritually with other people, one also can count on the contact with us to deepen and develop.

Groups formed to act in the spiritual area have a particularly important mission. The spiritual development of a human being is a way through her innermost but nevertheless it can be quickened through spiritual collaboration with other people of similar aim and direction. The power is increased, and the contact with us leading the way, is more easily established through mutual efforts. Souls meet in unity and harmony and are helping each other forward. Love is the medium through which souls can communicate with each other in the best possible way. Therefore, a group joined in love gives the best prerequisites for spiritual development. Such groupings have been established through the ages and have always been a breeding ground for the spiritual development of their members.

Respect for oneself and others are a primary rule. Various regulations and dogmas obstruct the work. If outer forms like hierarchies, formalised meeting agendas, demands for special clothing etc. are created, the focus is drawn from the inner to the outer. Flexibility and openness have to be aimed at to the greatest possible extent. It is best if the uniting force is mutual love and the wish to develop together. No participant must feel used or use others. The basis is a free will and equality.
