The example of Jesus Christ

The summit of earthly development is a harvest time when everything that has been laid as a foundation and built up during the lives at last will come to its full use. Jesus Christ illustrated this in one earthly life, from the Holy Spirit begetting his offspring in matter, the mother, to the point when he in his full manhood left matter to become reunited to his origin, the Father. Every human being is designated to walk through the same development but in reality the course is extended over aeons of time. The mission of Christ, at the peak of his earthly development, was to create an illustration or example of the great development and at the same time sow the seed in his collaborators.

The death of Christ on the cross should be seen in this light. He gave up everything of his free will to finally even giving up his own life. He gave it in the confidence that the example he made should be of use to everyone following in his footsteps. No other lesson is to be found in his death, but that one has to give up everything to get permission to pass to the next level. He showed in practice what everyone has to reach in the inner self. One has to give up all faculties, possessions and benefits for the advantage of being allowed to enter into the All, to become one with the great love.

When the spirit of the humans has grown and given them the ability to feel true love, they can be joined together in a power that enables the receiving of Christ on earth. His promise to return was connected to the fact that humanity had to develop the ability to feel love in such a way that the right conditions to receive the Deity could be created.

Let this sink into your consciousness that every human being lives his lives on earth in the imitation of Christ. His way is the way of all human beings. His sufferings and his victory is the lot of all humans. At the end of the course of his lives every one will be initiated into his new life in the same way as he was.
